| This neighborhood is predominantly made up of Bungalow, Craftsman, and Mediterranean style houses which maintain their architectural integrity. The corner of Magnolia and Arlington Avenues represents the birth of the citrus industry in Riverside and in all of Southern California. It is excellently maintained in a small park setting. The center divider is landscaped with grass and magnolias. Parkway trees include young magnolia trees as well as older eucalyptus, silk oak, Washington palms, and date palms which form a canopy of the sidewalk and parking lane. |
