| Survey Description |
|
| This one-story English Gothic church is of red sandstone, and has a metal tile gable roof over the main section of the building. The roof is conical over the apse. The building has a rough Greek cross groundplan, with a square tower over the entrance. The tower features crenellated battlements, and a louvered pointed arch form on the wall surface. There is an entrance on Seventh Street with a hip roof porch. The porch roof is supported by square sandstone piers. The corners of the structure have stepped buttresses. There is both rectangular and pointed arch fenestration. All windows are recessed, with simple lugsills and lintels. A rose window appears on the Lemon Street gable end. |
